Yes - you have to go into Old Cases program 6,5,5 and run this

Cleans out if there are no charges against the student - but will tell
you if there is

Good afternoon everyone,

 

When you exit students in Cases21 admin, is there another step to exit
them from 21 finance?  We have exited two students this morning, and
since then have put on a Camp charge, those charges now appear on the
Family statement?  Any ideas?
