Hi Brigid

All you can do is credit note any outstanding charges to clear those and
remove them from any groups you may have them in for camps or Year
levels.

There is no link between Admin and finance with exits. Also watch this
if you have students who change between parents or families. Their fees
do not follow them they stay with original family and need to be
credited and re entered for new family.

Good afternoon everyone,

 

When you exit students in Cases21 admin, is there another step to exit
them from 21 finance?  We have exited two students this morning, and
since then have put on a Camp charge, those charges now appear on the
Family statement?  Any ideas?
