[Busmanagers] Gym hire

We have the same size gym.  For casual use we hire it at $20 per hour -
currently inclusive of GST, but will change this next year to add on GST
- or possibly $25 GST inclusive (I think we are short-changing
ourselves).  We ask for a $250 bond.  We have quite a few permanent
hirers - tai chi, tae kwon do, church group etc., and we do a bit of a
deal for them.

currently rent for a small number of hours per week.  We need to look at
the costings and would like to know what other people are charging as
rent and what bonds do you charge.
