Hi Lyn,

We have a full size gym which we rent out to regular users.  We charge
$22 an hour with a bond of $220  and an extra $110 if we have a security
call out. Hope this is of help.

We have a three quarter size basketball court gymnasium which we
currently rent for a small number of hours per week.  We need to look at
the costings and would like to know what other people are charging as
rent and what bonds do you charge.
