[Yr7-10it] Textbook + Programming for year 9

Thanks for your suggestions Diana and Jamie!

Khan Academy Hour of Code looks great, watched some of the videos and
attempted a few of the exercises. Think I might be incorporating this into
our IT curriculum next year.
