[Yr7-10it] Textbook + Programming for year 9

Hi Adam

Here at McKinnon we teach Python to year 9.  The NCSS programming challenge
is a good place to start.  The challenge itself is in term 3, but they also
have an online course for a small fee.  I believe there are some other good
interactive online environments too.

Our integrated year 9 subject has a mini elective with Gamemaker which
works OK.

While it is Hour of Code this week, you might want to check out what
Khan Academy and
Code Academy have to offer.
