Hi Gavin,

 With closed mail systems such as Exchange within a single organisation,
recalls can be possible, but as Edulists sends mail to mailboxes all over
the cosmos sadly recalls are not possible.
 No matter, there is nothing embarrassing here so don't worry. If
anything, it has given a heads up to many to attend this interesting day.
