[Yr7-10it] Ausvels 2014 implementation

Hi Paula,

It's just a small point but I notice that the document is in color and
because it is quite large I have to print it in black and white. The body
text, therefore, appears screened and can be difficult to read. Is it
possible to export the document in black and white?
