Since we are talking about google, I just thought I might share this
interesting article- Microsoft attack at google's gmail.. watch the

It is interesting to note that after setting up a gmail to book overseas
accomodation, google did read my emails and linked me up with some of my
accomodation.  Hence, google scanning and reading my email was actually
useful!
