You can browse my huge bookmark collection by just adding the
appropriate tags to http://delicious.com/rgesthuizen .. I highly
recommend migrating your links to a social bookmarking tool such as
this.

I am impressed by some of the video tutorials with Atomic Learning,
the UK and Oz accents are a bit easier on the ear and the tutorial
portions are nicely researched. They don't cover all the items on your
list but they will get you up and running. If you dig about YouTube
you can find the same but it takes a bit of digging. I use the built
in tutorial with GoogleSketchup, use Gimp / Inkscape instead of
Photoshop i.e. http://delicious.com/rgesthuizen/inkscape
