[Yr7-10it] .wmv file conversion

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to convert a .wmv file to an animated gif and if so, how?

We have a .wmv file that needs to be embedded in a  blog that will not allow this file type - or any other audio/video file type.

An animated gif is the best we can find.

Any thoughts/advice gratefully received.
