[Yr7-10it] Survey on performance pays...

Just listening to the telly this morning and heard some rubbish that a 'govt survey' tells us most teachers would prefer a performance based pay. Most!  Hardly likely I reckon.  Again, how does one determine what 'performance' is?  Is the govt still chasing its tail while we still suffer with low pay after 10+ years of service? Blah, Blah, yadda, yadda, someone get me a bucket!!

ps. I saw no such survey on my desk! Maybe us non-govt school teachers on less than govt wages are less than important! Looks like I have to stick to investments to make money!  Hey, Mr.Govt..all my kids passed year 12 .. hows THAT for PERFORMANCE...now gimme my raise!!

Hi Michael,
Thanks for that, I'm living in Yarrawonga! 
Was up there for 2.5 weeks after Christmas moving everything from Melbourne.
I'll be up there next week.
So many people have given me ideas, they are all so different and confusing.
I think that designing the course around the Year 11 one would be ideal as it would
prepare those who want to go onto Year 11 I.T a head start.
Maybe I could get them working on a website in Dreamweaver or Frontpage and 
something in Access??
