Hi everyone (and apologies for the cross posts),

 

The Programming Awards for 2008 are now up!  You can access the site at:

http://www.progawards.vitta.org.au/

 

It was my intention to upload the site for the start of this week, but some
technical issues caused some problems.  In any case, the site is now up -
you can now register your school's interest in participating in the
competition.  Note that the number of available languages has been expanded
this year with the inclusion of the Apple iPhone SDK, the SwinGame SDK,
Kahootz and Scratch (in addition to VB.Net, Python and GameMaker).  The
competition is open to Primary and Secondary students and there are prizes
for the best boys and girls entries in each category.
