Certainly students are skilled users of IT as they come into secondary.
BUT they are skilled to different level and for different programs.
AND more importantly, they don't really understand HOW and WHY about
computing. Surely we have an obligation to help them gain knowledge and
understanding of the development of the whole area and of computers in
general?
