We have XEROX for the serious stuff - photocopiers and 'multi-purpose' machines(copy, scan to email for instance) which are used for the admin based tasks and some staff use, and for the smaller stuff like classrooms HP's are the go.
The only downside to this laser technology is the cost of consumables! (get a contracted lease agreement incorporating maintenance for the hardware its a great tax deduction).

we use the HP"S and find then to be fantastic especially with a duplex feature on prints on both sides without an issue
