[Yr7-10it] Staff ICT Audit

Hi there

I have another question that I hope some one can answer. We are  
looking at improving our staff ICT skills. Does anyone have a skills  
audit or a set of skills listed that they expect their staff to have?

Thanks for your help. It makes the load a bit easier to carry :)
