[Yr7-10it] Rubrics for VELS thread.

We were able to setup vmware on a mac user here to run the Markbook
reporting software when his parallels version went down. Easy to do and in
theory, students can program with GameMaker using this type of setup. Has to
be one fo the newer Macintosh computers running the intel chipset.
