[Yr7-10it] virtualisation

This is more aimed a older students and VET/VCE courses, but... I can't
believe I haven't thought of this before - using VMWare player or Microsoft
VirtualPC (both free) to run a virtual machine on each student's computer,
on which they can do just about anything. Such as install operation systems,
install applications, administer systems, you could even make a pre-built VM
image with a virus on it (or some other problem) and try to get them to fix
it.
