Andrew,
There is probably a better way, but the way I do this kind of thing
using Sony Vegas (Movie Studio) is this:

Upload them all at the same time - they will be on the same track
running one after the other.
Highlight the first clip (called the 'loop-region' because you can loop
it).
In the render screen (File>Render) click the 'render loop region only'
box.
Render to the format you want.
Repeat, moving the loop-region to cover the next clip.
Viola!

This trick is also useful for creating mini-clips of bits of videos that
you may want for demonstration purposes etc.
I also use it when making mp3 files of spoken words for the LOTE
department. Vegas does this brilliantly, and you can screw down the
audio quality until it is just good enough with extremely small file
size.
