G'day Aksen, I am just checking out the online demo version for MRBS. I think I saw it last year but this time it has a reporting option, periods, repeat events and authentication through an existing user database (eg Netware, NT Domain, NIS etc.)

You have to watch that it makes repeat bookings properly.  That's one
aspect that I have found a little tricky to use.  It pays to check that
your repeat bookings have gone in ok apart from that I like it.

I administer the user list using the config.inc.php file I created an
Excel Spreadsheet to create the entries for users.  It can even generate
random passwords for you if you like.

If you would like a copy let me know and I will did it up.

I also use it as a staff diary which works ok if you think of people as
rooms (I use the room capacity number as an extension number)
