Popcorn taxi Flagfall Film Festival wants your short film!

Presented by popcorn taxi events, the inaugural popcorn taxi Flagfall
Film Festival is a short film festival for films under three minutes to
be held over five weeks in Melbourne, starting with the festival launch
at popcorn taxi Melbourne on Tuesday 28 February 2006. 

But there's a catch. The films will have to consider some unusual
parameters: images and sounds that can be compressed onto a small screen
for TAXIS. Yes, real taxis (not popcorn ones), as well as cinema screens
and the giant screen at Federation Square.
