Stacey, my understanding is that in the new study design, a tool like WIX (I am using it too) is OK. I used to go with Dreamweaver but there is no requirement in the SD for manipulation of HTML or using CSS etc. All good knowledge and skills but there is no time (I find) so WIX it is for me. The outcome seems to be all about design and style and creativity.
Correct me if I’m wrong anybody?

I am sure this question has been asked and answered before on the list, but I can’t find it anywhere and my memory is failing me. Can anyone remind me whether an online website creation tool is suitable or should something like Dreamweaver be used for Outcome 3?
