HI all

I will keep this short and sweet.  Tomorrow will be my last day as a teacher, being one of those rare breed that is in a position to take the 54/11 option.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every member of this list for all the help and support they have offered over the past 20 years - it has been an invaluable resource and the source of inspiration, perspiration and sometimes irritation when puzzling over the vagaries of study designs.

In particular I would like to acknowledge Mark Kelly and Kevork Krozian's outstanding contribution to the teaching of IT - it really makes the  job a lot easier when you have two such committed and generous souls out there willing to share their time and expertise. Thanks guys and gals, I couldn't have done it without you.

After 26 years in the classroom it is certainly time to hand up the whiteboard marker and do something different.  I hope 2015 is a rewarding and fulfilling year for everyone.
