Hi all. Paula informs me that there are no changes this year to any of the
mandated software tools and functions, approved websites, and approved
programming languages [which implies VB6 is still a viable option!]

But changes are needed for 2014, so put on your thinking hats and start
planning your lobbying for next year.  Planning starts near the end of this
term.
