[Yr11 Information Technology] U1O1 - R-U MAD - version 2

Hi all. Attached is a revised version of my U1O1.

I wasn't happy with the limited spreadsheet skills required in version 1,
so I beefed it up a bit with COUNTIF, VLOOKUP, IF, AND, conditional
formatting. I had to fake this data because the original data was all
aggregated.

I've also included a marking scheme (where $1 = 1%).

The data file has been updated too, so be sure to replace the old data.
Now I'm starting to worry that it has become too ambitious, but I'll give
it a fling anyway.
