[Yr11 Information Technology] How to make great infographics

I asked my students to incorporate their data visualisations into an infographic. It worked well for talking about the audience and the use of color, etc. I think it helped some of them see a purpose for their visualisation and there were quite a few who loved the opportunity to be a bit creative!
Yes, it was a bit of a diversion but I thought it was a worthwhile exercise.

There are some good ideas there that can be transferred to data visualisation. Students need to know the difference between the two but there is an overlap.

There is a big difference between infographics and data visualization in my opinion.
