VITTA VCE IT Day: Friday 24 February 2012 

 

Learn with us ~ the new 2011-2014 study design: Learn from experienced and
talented teachers who outline the essentials of VCE IT. Paula
Christophersen, ICT Curriculum Manager, VCAA will be speaking, as will
teachers who explain how to design a course and build an assessment task for
the Unit 3 and 4 subjects. 

 

Come and network with your peers who, like you,  have implemented and
learned from last year's experience. 

 

Hear the Examiner's Report from 2011 and get the benefit of this knowledge
for your students. Pick up tips that can make teaching and assessment easier
and make use of the resources to given on the day.

 

Work with Paula Christophersen, IT Curriculum Manager, VCAA or Claudia
Graham as they go through the time saving steps of building an assessment
task that will help you at many times if the year.

 

The presenters are an experienced team with expertise in the development,
assessment and management of the VCE IT studies. This day will suit both
teachers new to VCE IT and experienced IT teachers needing to refresh their
approach or to incorporate new skills into the planning and delivery of the
IT study design for 2011-2014. Come away with knowledge, skills and
resources.
