The link above is an excellent one to networking stuff..images, protocols, definitions etc. A great resource that I use across many levels. Its well laid out too!



ps..I kept a copy of Laura's booklet too..nice one Laura. Perhaps you could add this link on your booklet as a reference tool for your kids seeking answers.



There are many sites that have networking info on 'em online. I'm a big fan of using current info 'out there'. Just a tad wary of the wikipedia site though..caught a couple of dodgey defn's on it recently so I direct students to the webopedia.com site as an alternative.



Lets also remember that sites like microsoft/support etc also have good stuff thats up to industry standard on them too. Its important to ensure our pupils have current and relevent information I feel.
