An open letter to VITTA....

I would also like to know what my $250 is going to get me.  In the past I have always supported  you and found your materials to be useful and quite comprehensive - that is why I ordered the resource package for the new study design.

However, I feel a bit "ripped off" that there is so little material on the website for Year 11 I.T. - a SAC for each outcome is about it.    As money is tight in most Government schools, I am reluctant to spend a further $275 for exam questions that I feel should have been part of the original VITTA resource package.  When I look at the resource CDs that have been purchased in the past, there is a lot more material.   I am also wondering that even if I did fork out the $275, what would I get for my money?"  If the resource package is anything to go by, I probably wouldn't bother.

I would also like some solutions to be posted on the website -  I know there may be variances in how people solve various problems, however some sample solutions would be good, just for guidance, or in case I missed something.

I understand that the online resources are a work in progress, and will be developed over time.  However I don't think its good enough at the moment.  As the customer in this instance, I am hoping that you, VITTA,  will reply promptly and honestly about what your plans are to rectify the situation.  I encourage you to reply to the whole list so that everyone knows what is going on.

If indeed the exam pack is NOT part of the Resource Kit can VITTA provide a list of what we have paid for and expect to get in this resource asap. This, at the very least, will help with planning.

Hi Bridie

Are there any plans to include a practice exam in the (quite expensive) VITTA resource kit we paid for?  I have been a little underwhelmed so far, with the amount of resources that it contains.
