Thanks Mark,

That's exactly what happened - I am using a SAC compiled by someone
else.  I couldn't see the logic in the flow chart either and I have
covered all the points in the study design - your help is much
appreciated.

Flow charts are not mandated for U1O1.  Maybe you have a task written by

someone that asks for a flow chart, but flow charts are not mentioned at

all in the study design.

The only possible place to justify them is in key knowledge 5, "design 
tools for representing solutions and information products" - but even 
then a flowchart would not be very useful.  Better would be a site map, 
screen mockup, storyboard.

I can't see how a flowchart would be at all useful.  Have you seen the 
study design?  A Very Good Thing to be familiar with.  Visit

you don't have a printed copy... somewhat appropriate for U1O1,
actually!
