I have attached some Fill in books for green valley sac 
These are given to the students to prompt(they are not the be all and
end all of there answers) them into what they should be completing
individually and as a group.
I have not included a diary for this one but the students are doing it
anyway.
I have used some web templates from John Schwartz at parade college so I
would also like to thank him for these.

I get my students to "brainstorm" the stages involved in creating the
information product in the context of the SDLC (in this case a website)
in groups, and then put it together in a table. We discuss it as a class
to make sure that every group has an appropriate Task Table, before
transferring the information into software such as MS Project to create
the Gantt Chart.
I have attached a copy of the report template I give my students - with
a sample of a Task Table a group came up with. Hope it is helpful.
(VITTA's Green Valley task for U2O3 is gratefully acknowledged, Header
image removed to reduce file size).

Thank you for your replies.
I have now decided to combine the Project Plan (task analysis table)
[probably what Potts calls the Project Table p248] and Gantt Chart into
the one part.
