[Yr11 Information Technology] Virtual Teams

Greetings
I'm trying to set up a virtual team with my students.
I want them to be able to enter a chat room and discuss their ideas with
others
netspace seems to block most rooms and lots of others, of course are not
appropriate
any thoughts?
