[Yr11 Information Technology] end of term exams

Hi

as a first time yr11 it teacher i was wondering how other teachers approach=
 end of unit exams

i am planning to have an exam at the end of each unit

do other teachers make their own or use commercially available ones?

if so which ones have people found good?
