Hi Andrew,
You need to go the microsoft site and download the 2007 office
conversion software (its free!) Click on the link below!

aee-8f43-c6bb74cd1466&DisplayLang=en
Install the software converter and then it should read the file easily!

i downloaded your outlines for outcomes 1 and 3 from the VITTA
site -excellent resources thank you
however the doc outcome 2 is posted as a .docx instead of a .doc file
and
loses its intergrity when u download it and change the file name
