There will be a new version with the recent suggested modifications

That's one idea, but we would still need to inject those wiki contents
back into something which 'mimics' a glossy colour catalog, which is the
aim of this exercise.
Another approach is that we will be making the actual source document (SXW
& ODT) available. People who want to contribute can then either download
the whole source document and make many modifications and then
redistribute that, or they can download a single page sampler of the
layout, and use that to create entries for their own favourite open source
applications, then feed that back to OSV for inclusion in the canonical
document.
