[vet-mm] A great industry opportunity for VET IDM

One of the most challenging parts of teaching a VET subject is finding ways for students to have authentic industry experiences.  On the 3rd of March, Ideas on Design will be bringing the Gnomon School of VFX, Games and Animation from Hollywood to Melbourne.  Students have the opportunity to listen to and question some of the entertainment artists who have worked on films and games including Star Wars, Avatar, World of Warcraft, Frozen, Big Hero 6, Starcraft, Diablo III, Call of Duty, Pirates of the Caribbean, Harry Potter, Captain America, Thor and more.


I've attached the brochure.  This is the first time that this event has run, and it's in a relatively small venue (one of the ACMI cinemas) so it may sell out quickly.
