Yes,
Just to clarify how it works from our end.
When you order the exam an invoice is generated.
When we receive payment from your school, we check you off as paid in our software and you are automatically sent an email with a URL, a username and password to access the exam.

If you are wondering where the exam is please try first:

  *   Check with your accounts department to see if its been paid
  *   Check your inbox for an email Event registration confirmed for For Sale - Practice Exam Bundle
  *   Check your junk mail just in case it ended up there
  *   Please keep in mind the average turn around time AFTER we get your payment is 1-2 weeks.

I had the same issue and chased it up with accounts only to find they had paid it . So I searched back through my emails. And there was an email which I had overlooked.  The subject reads
‘Event registration confirmed for For Sale - Practice Exam Bundle’

Just wondering if anyone has received the prac exam from Pixel Ed yet?

I ordered it a couple of weeks ago and just want to check to see if there is a hold up or if my payment has not gone through.
