[vet-mm] Booking the Industry Dinner

Hi Judy,
my sincere apologies. It could have been my error when unfamiliar with the
system back at the start of last year.  I've rectified it and have updated
your yearly School Membership to start as of today.
I  have given you an extra six months as well, so now your membership
renewal date will be February 1st, 2017

Do you need me to add any members to your membership? If so, send me their
names and emails and they will be added.

Also, if you need notification of your username and password after all this
time, please contact me.

 If you wish to  register for the dinner, all should be straightforward
now. If you have any further problems please don't hesitate to contact me.

I'm really so sorry for what  happened, and thank you so much for your
continuing support,
