[vet-mm] questions for assessment product

Can anyone help pls
Am I correct in my interpretation - these questions should be answered within a final report and then the teacher I required  to ask the student similar questions which they verbally answer and which is recorded ?

Does anyone have a copy of the questions they have asked their students regarding the planning and problem solving process used in a SAC (product).  I am doing a product for video assets and visual design and would like to see how others have approached this.  I am more than happy to put up a copy of the SAC once I am sure I am assessing it in the correct way.
