Hi Ana,
Attached is a presentation / handout I have used with students. Last year I asked the students to prepare a short video to include on their website and a copy of same submitted on DVD. Some guiding questions relating to different codecs were given with SAC too. Good luck for 2012.

Hi Guys,
Welcome to 2012! Hope its an ace year for everyone.
After being on maternity leave for two year, I am back teaching. So I have never had to teach Prepare video assets.
I have some Ideas for tasks, but am interested in how people are teaching the examinable guts of the unit.
So does anyone have ideas of lessons that cover bitrate and encoding and all the techie crap?
Any good resources?
I have this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nPsBwMivCk but would love to hear what others are doing.
Two years out and i'm a noob again!
:) Ana
