[vet-mm] Gear Up PD for new teachers and new Year 1-2 resource

Thank you to everyone who came along and contributed to a very successful PD
Day.

I want to publicly thank the good folk at the Digital Learning Hub, in
particular, Peter Wakefield.

Peter is a veteran Vet MM/IDM teacher, and PixelEd really appreciated his
generous involvement in our PD program.

I would recommend the facilities and opportunities offered at the Digital
Learning Hub, but book early if you want to run a program for your class!

 

If you haven't seen the Arts Centre online learning portal, it's well worth

Not only are the resources fabulous, but it's a great example of Interactive
Digital Media!

Also the sneak preview we were given of the Hamer Hall redevelopment was
fantastic.

 

NEW RESOURCE

At the PD we released our new Year 1-2 Task Resource booklet.

This is a collection of 20 tasks, covering all the Units in the VETis Year 1
course. 

A sample is attached.

The resource is available from our website www.pixeled.org.au

The cost is $250 for members and $300 for non-members. See website for
details on ordering the resource.
