I'm happy to contribute

Teachers & students of VET IDM would greatly benefit from such a resource.

I would recommend that a group of teachers moderate the site at their leisure but we make it open access for all (similar to the current wikipedia model). Wordpress is an ideal Web 2.0 tool for such a project.

Care with copyright will be important.
