Snap X Pro version 2.1.5  by ambrosia sofware USA. check out their website.
Screen and movie capture - as mov file, file compression, audio capture via a mic head set or pc built in with ambient noise off
you can capture clean sound direct from a mov playing via the net.

OR SMITH MICRO software might be a cheaper option - Viola software V3.0
