Dear List Members Could someone please clarify whether or not it is a
common requirement that the teacher/trainer of a VET study has to have a
certificate higher than the students they are training eg Cert IV
Automotive when teaching/training Cert III. I realise it is essential
to have the Cert IV Training and Assessment in the workplace. Please
help!! Jacqui Hewitt Bayside
