[vet-mm] RE: VITTA booking problems?

As a VITTA member I have no problem signing up for the PD, but I found I could not logon to the PixelEd resources properly unless I was also a member with that subject organisation.
I rang the VITTA office and they sorted it out pretty quick!

Hi to all who attended yesterday's Gear Up PD, and thanks for your enthusiastic participation. I thought it was a great day and the extra length gave everyone lots of chances to do the all -important networking.


Following up from our discussion, I 'm asking those of you who have experienced hitches with the VITTA booking system or membership page, if you could please spare a minute or two to quickly describe what went wrong?  The committee is going to spend the next meeting going through problems with the site and documenting them so that they can be addressed systematically.

I know time is tight, but we would really appreciate your feedback on this - and who knows, it might save you time and frustration next time you book a PD with us.
