[vet-mm] PixelEd trial exam

Hi
What are the requirements of copyright for the exam - can we photcopy
for the class if we get the CD?
Also - can't we send in a school order form - maybe via VITTA?  The
cheque requirement will make it very difficult for me to order this even
though I have a budget for it and need it.

Please find attached order form for the PixelEd Unit 3-4 2010 trial
exam.

In order to minimise admin costs, we ask that you post the order form
with a cheque or money order.

Unfortunately, we cannot take orders without payment.

The trial exam is supplied on CD. 

It contains 20 multi-choice and 12 short answer questions and suggested
answers in a word doc.

This will allow you to easily modify to suit your training regime.

A 2-part practical task and associated assets are also included.
