[vet-mm] IDM Cert 2 Exam Practical section

Hi Folks,

I've been asked to attach some screen dumps of the practical section  
of the Strathcona VET IDM Cert 2 exam.

It is based on a Strathcona product but could be applied to a range of  
concepts.

This is my interpretation of applying the video aspects of the new  
course with the usual web design components and may be helpful in  
future planning.

I ran the exam yesterday with some very pleasing results. Some of the  
students struggled to finish on time so I'll probably make it less  
involved next year.
