A Web 2.0 free website builder that uses Flash as its underlying engine, but
requires no actual Flash or HTML coding, and produces very nice looking
results is "Wix".

Hi all, just wanted to see if anyone knows of any "on-line" web  
design apps or spaces where junior or primary students can make  
themselves a website without worrying about getting into DreamW,  
iWeb, FTP or any other "advanced" methods of web design / upload.
