Thank you for getting back to me so soon. Yes. What I mean the principles referred to the VET MM CertIII "CUFMEM07A Apply principles of visual design and communication to the development of a multimedia project" in the training package.
Do you know are they any resources (online one preferred) available there?

I am assuming you mean the principles referred to in the VET MM training package. They are:

proportion
*
emphasis
*
balance
*
movement
*
unity
However if you are referring to the ones used in VCD, they differ slightly. Hope this is of some help. Get back to me if you want the VCD ones instead,
