[vet-mm] Yr 12 media student needs help

Hi All,

This my first query, I'm not teaching vet MM, as you can see below. Hope
you can help me.

 

A year 12 Media student is trying to make his movie. He wants to know of
a Windows based program that he can buy that the school could also
purchase. He needs a program which the teacher can see him working on at
school and one that is also affordable for him, so that he can put the
huge amounts of time in at home. All he has is Movie maker!

The school has a few iMacs but the student wants a program he can use at
home.
